About Us

Bridging the Gap in Global Academic Discovery

In the rapidly evolving world of research and professional development, staying connected to the right community is vital. We provide a centralised hub where organisers can showcase their events and academics can discover opportunities that advance their careers and impact.

Our Vision

To be the world’s most trusted platform for academic and professional event discovery, fostering global collaboration and eliminating the barriers to knowledge sharing.

Our Mission

We aim to empower the academic community by:

  • Centralising Information: Moving away from scattered WhatsApp groups and emails to a unified digital catalogue.
  • Ensuring Credibility: Using a rigorous manual review process to protect our users from predatory conferences.
  • Enhancing Visibility: Providing local and international organisers with a targeted platform to reach the right audience.

Our Core Values

Our operations and community interactions are anchored by four pillar values that define who we are.

Integrity

In an era of predatory publishing, integrity is our primary filter. We are committed to a rigorous verification process that ensures every event listed on our platform is legitimate and educationally sound.

Accessibility

We believe that geographical location should not limit intellectual growth. We are dedicated to bridging the gap between Nigerian academics and the global stage, ensuring equal access to opportunities.

Excellence

We prioritize quality over quantity. Our focus is on events that offer genuine value, from Scopus-indexed proceedings to workshops led by industry experts.

Innovation

We solve complex information problems with simple software solutions. We are committed to maintaining a user-friendly, "low-friction" platform that is effortless to use.
